Some recent collagraphs I have been working on. I have been taking a step back from making finished work to really focus on aspects like composition, texture, color and mark making in printmaking. I am experimenting right now with different materials and inking up the plate in different ways.Fine Arts, Print Design2012 -

The aim of Our Need/Our Essence was to create an edition of 20 hand built and hand printed artist books. The books illustrate the concept that humans have had a need throughout history to create, collect, build and change, specifically environmental and architectural elements. The illustrations of human-like creatures, who can almost be viewed as higher beings, are engaged in a process of building, creating and changing an imagined city. Research into the technical and conceptual elements of the project was key in developing this work.

Print included in the group show ADMIT ONE, which was a carnival/circus themed show. It's a bit of a homage to old circus advertisements, advertising ridiculous 'freaks'. 12.5X19 4 screens usedIllustration, Print Design2012 -
